This workshop will introduce you to the Wim Hof Method. You will experience the cold exposure, breathing exercises as well as mindset/focus exercises. Expect a mind blowing and transformational experience!

It’s our goal to give you tools to improve your energy level, get your body strong and flexible and enable your mind to concentrate in a more focused manner. This awareness improves the balance between body and mind. Every participant will also receive various tools to help them with the journey afterwards. Get inspired and learn new things during this intense event.

WHAT TO BRING:

a yoga mat (if you don't have a mat, you can borrow one), easy clothing, bathing suit, large towel, flip-flops, warm sweater.
