About the facilitators:
About Duy:
Hi, I'm Duy, and I am currently training to become a Gestalt psychotherapist. Originally from Vietnam, I have been living in Aarhus for the past two decades. Alongside my studies, I work as a scrum master. My passion lies in working with people, focusing on precious present-moment and self-awareness. I encourage individuals to gain a comprehensive understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with friends, reading manga, playing board games, and participating in badminton matches.

About Gintare:
Hi, I'm Gintare. I'm currently training as a Gestalt psychotherapist and coach in Aarhus, wrapping up my 4th year at the Gestalt Institute Scandinavia. My background in coaching and psychotherapy has given me the chance to work with many individuals facing stress, anxiety, and major life transitions.
Having lived in six different countries, I bring a broad, multicultural perspective to my work. I'm especially passionate about working with young people, helping them explore their emotions, build resilience, and find clarity in times of uncertainty. My approach is supportive and engaging, creating a space where students can feel heard, explore their thoughts and emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe in the power of curiosity, openness, and real connection.
In my downtime, I love traveling, snowboarding, and kitesurfing—basically anything that keeps me active and exploring new places. I'm also into fashion, psychology books, and enjoying good coffee with good company.
