Is all your clothes still boxed up? Is there nowhere to sit other than the bed? And have you still not gotten around to installing any lamps?

Then grab a friend and join our IKEA shopping excursion. Fill the trailer with closets, curtains, lamps, sofas and everything else you need when Studenterhus Aarhus and IKEA Aarhus invite you for a day of shopping on Wednesday the 23rd of September from 15:45 to 19:00.

Don’t worry – we’ll provide free busses for both you and you purchases.

To kick us off we’ll start our shopping excursion with dinner for everyone who’s interested in IKEA’s restaurant, to ready ourselves for our shopping extravaganza, AND to say hi to each other and meet other newcomers to the city.  

IKEA Aarhus will treat you to their classic dish of meatballs and mashed potatoes as well as optional drinks. If you are vegetarian you’ll be treated to veggie balls instead of meatballs.

Schedule

15.45: We meet at the parking lot at Studenterhus Aarhus (Fredrik Nielsens Vej 2-4, 8000 Aarhus C)
16.15: Dinner in the restaurant
16.30 - 19.00: Shopping in IKEA Aarhus
19.00: The bus leaves IKEA’s parking lot and drop people - and their purchases - off at seven different places in Aarhus.

Notice: Since there are limited seats on the bus and as the trip is usually fully booked there is a no show- fee of 150 DKK, unless you cancel your booking no later than Monday the 21st of September at noon.
