In this workshop Ozgur and Michael will offer you the necessary tools so you can take your practice to the next level in a safe and fun way.
Starting from where you are now, Ozgur and Michael will teach you how to build strength and flexibility in familiar arm balances and inversions.
Be prepared to deepen your awareness and test your limits as you prepare your body and mind for both simple and challenging poses and sequences.
All levels are welcome to join this journey towards a stronger and more confident practice!
